Fertily is provided as a personal organization tool for fertility treatment tracking. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing their own appointments, medications, reminders, and treatment information before acting on it. Always confirm clinical instructions with your provider.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
- Do not rely on the app for emergency or urgent care decisions.
Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fertily is provided without guarantees of fitness for a particular medical or clinical purpose. Use of the product is at the user's own risk.
